This is an 8 week at home program, to get you stronger and leaner.
It is perfect if you are over 40 years old.

-You will burn body fat, and lean out whilst you are getting much stronger. -You only need dumbbells and perhaps a kettlebell if you have one. -The workouts are programmed for 3 times per week and are short but intense so that you will get the best possible results. -You will have to follow the workout calendar and will also get recommendations on healthy eating and moving practices -I am there to support you to get the best possible results, so you should send me your progress photos when is indicated on the program and you can contact me when you have questions.
