-You will burn body fat, and lean out whilst you are getting much stronger. -You only need dumbbells and perhaps a kettlebell if you have one. -The workouts are programmed for 3 times per week and are short but intense so that you will get the best possible results. -You will have to follow the workout calendar and will also get recommendations on healthy eating and moving practices -I am there to support you to get the best possible results, so you should send me your progress photos when is indicated on the program and you can contact me when you have questions. -If your goal is to lose weight and get ready to start exercising regularly this program is perfect for you -Upper Body / Lower Body workouts alternate, 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. -There is an included 20-minute core circuit for Saturdays, for those who want a little bit of extra work. -After the first month, the movements become slightly more complex and you will start doing some new exercises to keep it challenging. -This program is ideal for anyone with minimal strength training experience, who has access to bands, and 3 days per week to work out.
The only equipment needed is resistance bands. They are easy to use and inexpensive!
