Hi, I am Catherine, the face behind Catherine Piot Institute.
Since childhood, my passion has been sports and nutrition. I naturally chose to pursue university studies in this field and obtained a master's degree in physical education, nutrition, and gymnastics.
I was then able to work as a physical education teacher in public and private schools, and later I became independent as a fitness and nutrition coach.
I've been doing it for over 20 years—time flies!
I've always wanted to help people, especially women, get fit, eat well, be healthy, and live an active life. I created the Catherine Piot Institute in 2007, and I gradually specialized in helping women after 40 to lose weight, get in shape, and regain energy and vitality.
Anyone can get fit in their 20s and 30s, but in their 40s or later, it's a whole new game.
Now I am in my 50s, and I'm even healthier than when I was 25. I have been through every stage of life and combine my passion and knowledge to help you achieve great results. "I talk the talk and walk the walk." Let me do this for you along this journey. My team and I are here to help you get the results you want.
