-If your goal is to lose weight and get ready to start exercising regularly this program is perfect for you -Upper Body / Lower Body workouts alternate, 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. -There is an included 20-minute core circuit for Saturdays, for those who want a little bit of extra work. -After the first month, the movements become slightly more complex and you will start doing some new exercises to keep it challenging. -This program is ideal for anyone with minimal strength training experience, who has access to bands, and 3 days per week to work out.
The only equipment needed is resistance bands. They are easy to use and inexpensive!
